Food business operators are required by law to ensure that food handlers recieve food hygiene training in line with their work activity and must enable them to handle food safely. This one day accredited (RQF) course is designed to get food handlers to think about the importance of food safety and not just simply remember facts and figures.

Assessment Method

Assessment is by a multiple-choice examination, where the candidate must answer at least 13 out of 20 questions correctly. The examination will take 45 minutes to complete. A food safety level 2 certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
