Sylvia A Consultancy is run by multi-award-winning Food Safety Expert Sylvia Anderson (Chartered MCIPD, BA (Hons) MCIEH, MRSPH, MSOFHT, MIH), who has over 35 years’ exceptional experience, knowledge, and qualifications within the hospitality industry.
Sylvia has previously won over 25 Business Awards, including 8 SOFHT Awards for Best Company, Best Auditor, Best Trainer and Best Training Company in the UK.
She also splits her time between Training, Consultancy, Auditing and the Media. She tirelessly supports and advises her clients to ensure their food hygiene and safety standards are impeccably high.
She is “the voice of the industry”. It is Sylvia who journalists and broadcasters call when they want an opinion from the food safety sector. Sylvia is a Food Safety Expert for TV, Media and Press (BBC Radio, The Times, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Express, Idealeo, GB News, BBC 1, ITV and Channel 4).
