This role catapulted Sylvia into the public eye and many more media opportunities began to flood in. Sylvia worked with Channel 4 next on a programme about the People’s Supermarket as a Food Safety Consultant for their celebrity chef Arthur Potts-Dawson.
This was a fantastic opportunity for Sylvia and actually promoted a message that Sylvia truly believed in.
