As a multi-award winner herself, Sylvia is often asked to judge industry awards and, most recently was the judge for Best Trainer at the 2017 Society of Food Hygiene & Technology (SOFHT) Awards in September. This privilege is extremely close to her heart as Sylvia has personally won Best Trainer of the Year in 2013 with scooping 6 awards with SOFHT since 2010.
These prestigious awards are specifically to recognise and celebrate excellence within the food industry.
